2023 Holiday Card Templates Now Available

 

The 2023 holiday card templates are now available on Brand World.

 

This year, we are offering a choice of six images for Outlook and Eloqua/Engage, paired with specific IQVIA logos. There are also six animations that you can use on your personal LinkedIn.

Please ensure you download the 2023 Holiday Email Options and Instructions PowerPoint and refer to the comprehensive Go IQ article to understand more about the cards and their correct usage.

Call for 2024 Marketing Plans

 

Are you already working on your 2024 marketing plans? Please email your 2024 plans to Kristen.powell@iqvia.com to facilitate the setup of your 2024 marketing performance dashboards in time for the new year.

 

2024 Marketing Performance Dashboards:

 

  • The dashboards are designed to display the marketing performance of each group in relation to yearly goals.
  • They help provide some standardization of reporting across groups.
  • They provide context by comparing year-on-year data and benchmark figures.
  • They highlight ongoing trends.

 

The criteria for these dashboards are determined by the marketer, typically filtering by campaigns and/or webpage URLs.

 

 

Website Release: Enhancements for Improved Functionality and Customer Experience

 

We're always working to improve the capabilities of our website and address any bugs that arise. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we'd like to highlight several key enhancements going live today that will be of interest to marketers.

 

Functionality Enhancements for Marketers:

 

  • Analyst Page: updating eyebrow text on listing page to display analyst firm name.
  • Event Page: visually enhance the ‘Register’ CTA button to encourage user engagement.
  • Featured Content Module: expand options for use by making link ‘hover effect’ optional.
  • Backend Improvements: significant operational updates for user interest tagging, reporting and contact merging.

 

Improved Customer Experience: 

 

  • Bugs - We have successfully resolved six minor issues that were recently identified.

Universal Analytics Properties: Data Processing Stopped

 

Have your web dashboard modules stopped updating with data post October 4th? This is because IQVIA's universal Google Analytics properties ceased data processing from that date due to the Universal Analytics end of life.

 

 

Please contact Kristen.powell@iqvia.com  if there is a module that requires an upgrade to GA4.

In our continuous efforts to enhance marketer’s experience, two significant improvements are being introduced shortly to make your work process smoother and more efficient.

   

  • Newly redesigned Mktg Ops Toolbox that better reflects our brand, with a sleek, modernized user interface with improved functionality to enhance your experience.

 

  • Introduction of a Marketers Dashboard designed to streamline your workflow by providing an easy-to-navigate platform for viewing and managing all your requests

LinkedIn Organic Carousel Feature Phase Out

 

From December 14th onwards, LinkedIn will be discontinuing carousel posts, which will consequently lead to the deletion of existing carousel posts. If you have a carousel post planned or already created, we recommend replacing it with a single image, video, or audiogram post using the Build-Your-Own templates.
