New features added to the Marketing Performance Hub along with 2 new training videos

We appreciate your ongoing feedback and valuable insights into the Marketing Performance Hub dashboards. We’re excited to introduce the features released in the April Sprint. This latest release includes about 16 enhancements, including:

  • Additional metrics with new KPIs in the Events & Webinars dashboard.
  • Modules with enhanced discovery elements such as account name and campaign name in the paid social table.
  • Advanced filters for more refined views of the SQLs by business line.
  • Improved functions for deeper data analysis on the Campaign, IQVIA.com and MQL dashboards.

Two new, 10-minute training modules available

We're also excited to introduce two training videos designed to help you navigate the dashboards with ease and make the most of the insights it provides. These quick 10-minute videos will guide you through the various features and functionalities of the dashboards, focusing on how to effectively utilize the filtering options and understand the data sources.

Newly designed breadcrumb navigation and FAQ module released for IQVIA.com

Our newly redesigned Breadcrumb/Explore More navigation is now live on our site. This update enhances visibility and engagement with the Explore More menu, making it easier for users to navigate different sections of the site.


 

By default, the new menu automatically displays the subpages of the current page. Marketers can also add custom menu items at the bottom of the default list or create a fully customized setup.

Additionally, we've refreshed the styling of the Jump Link Bar, featuring a clean white background and a headline to provide context for users. You can explore both on our module gallery page.

New FAQ module available

Many of our products and services have FAQs associated with them. Now, you can add the most common question-answer pairs with a simple module that lets users collapse and expand answers to the questions most relevant to them.


The new module can be viewed in our module gallery. If you are interested in adding the new feature to one of your pages, download the latest templates from the webpage module template deck to outline your content. Review and update your marketing claims in the database

The claims database was created to track and manage proof points (aka claims) used by the organization along with their source. Each marketing team is responsible for maintaining its own claims. In some cases, employees no longer with the organization are listed as owners, marketers, or both. Please take a few minutes to review both the names listed along with the claims to see if anything should be updated.

 

You can view the full list and report anything that should be updated to marketing automation.
