Exciting Updates Coming to the Marketing Operations Toolbox!

 

During our latest M3 call, we had the pleasure of sharing some exciting news about the upcoming enhancements to the layout and forms in the Marketing Operations toolbox.

 

We are thrilled to announce that starting from June 7th, you will have the convenience of submitting Website, Paid Search, and Paid Social requests directly through the Toolbox using SmartSheet forms. (eliminating the need for VIA tickets!)

*Organic Social requests also coming to the Toolbox in July!

 

This streamlined process aims to simplify and expedite the submission and handling of these requests, ensuring a leaner and more productive workflow for everyone involved.

 

Additionally, we have consolidated the Email Outreach request forms into a single form, reducing the previous seven forms down to just one.

 

To address any questions or feedback you may have about these updates, we will be hosting an Open Office hours session on June 7th. This session will provide an opportunity for us to review the changes together and address any queries you may have.

Introducing New Master Brand Templates with a Fresh Look!

Description automatically generated with medium confidenceLast month, we unveiled our revamped email and landing page templates, and now we're excited to bring you another exciting update. We have developed an additional version of the master brand templates, featuring a sleek white header and footer instead of the Indigo theme.

 

These new templates offer the same functionality as our Indigo branding templates, but with a lighter design and an added touch of color with the logo.

The best part is that these templates are available for immediate use! When submitting your outreach request, you can now select the new master brand templates with the white header/footer option.

Get started with the new master brand templates now and let your creativity shine!

Enhanced Customer Experience: Exciting Updates to IQVIA.com's Contact Us Form and Page!

 

We are thrilled to announce that we have implemented substantial enhancements to the Contact Us form and page on IQVIA.com. These updates have been specifically designed to streamline the customer experience and make it even more user-friendly.

 

The changes made to the Contact Us form are as follows:

  • Informative Text & Links: We have added informative text and relevant links to assist users in finding the information they need quickly and easily.

 

  • Simplified Structure: To optimize the user experience, we have removed four headings from the Contact Us form, eliminating unnecessary clutter and improving overall usability.

 

  • Streamlined Fields: As part of our commitment to a user-centric approach, we have removed one form field to simplify the form's structure further.

 

  • Conditional Form Field: We have introduced a conditional form field, which intelligently adjusts its visibility based on specific user inputs.

 

The redesign of the Contact Us page on IQVIA.com creates a more visually pleasing and customer-friendly layout that aims to make it easy for customers to submit a form or find relevant information.

 

Based on benchmarking we did against 10 key competitors; we can confidently claim that IQVIA has the best overall user experience. Notably, our Contact Us form now requires the fewest number of ‘clicks + required fields’ to be completed, demonstrating our commitment to user experience.

 

 

Discover the Power of Hybrid Landing Pages

 

Following last month's Open Office Hours, where Clint Allen shared the RWS team’s success with hybrid landing pages, we want to invite you to explore the possibilities and incorporate this strategy into your upcoming campaigns.

 

These pages combine captivating content and a call to action on the left side, with an MQL form on the right. This powerful combination allows visitors to interact with the content and ‘raise their hand’ for follow-up, if desired.

 

Hybrid landing pages offer a seamless transition from content exploration to lead generation, maximizing engagement and conversions.

 

 

How to Plan Your Content for Global Social Channels

 

Looking to have your content featured on Global IQVIA Social channels?

Please review the guidelines prior to submitting the social request form to ensure your content meets all requirements. Any content submitted in the request form will be evaluated based on these 4 questions:

  • Is your content global in nature? 
  • Does this content support one of our three social media goals: promote the brand, enhance our reputation, or support the business? 
  • Does this content meet all brand guidelines? 
  • Is your content formatted for social media (i.e., video length and image sizing)?
