Marketing Automation Monthly Reporting

 

The Marketing Automation Team produces valuable monthly marketing reporting. Reporting is  updated monthly (on the 10th business day of each month) to help you plan your marketing campaigns and track your success.

 

The monthly update includes all Google Data Studio Marketing Dashboards in addition to:

  1. Operational Marketing Reports - Contact Coverage Report, Email Benchmarks Report, Gated Content Form Submissions, MQLs, NNCs and Mktg Sourced Opportunities

 

  1. SalesForce Marketing Reports – MQLs Summary Report by Campaign, MQLs Status Report with Detail, Campaigns with Campaign Members, MQLs Converted to Opps(SQLs), MQL Global Pipeline Open Opps

MQL Tip – Don’t Link Directly to Email Addresses in Your Emails

 

 

Be sure to avoid linking directly to email addresses in your email copy. Every lead you get needs to either complete a form or click through a link within an email to match their current lead record up with their digital and web activity.

 

If you are linking directly to personal email inboxes or shared inboxes you will potentially be losing MQLs and important segmentation and personalization data you can leverage to drive future MQLs.

Know Which IQVIA Emails Are Targeting What Regions

 

 

Remember to bookmark and use the regional view of IQVIA’s outreach calendar.The calendar shows which emails are being delivered to which region and by which marketer.  Select the email name to see more detail including target audience.

 

As a reminder, global marketers or regional marketers targeting customers outside their regions need to provide at least two weeks’ notice to colleagues within the regions being targeted.

 

 

 

 

Single Sign-on is Now Enabled for IQVIA Khoros Users   

 

We are excited to announce that the Global Social Media team has successfully enabled Single Sign-on within our Social Management tool - Khoros. All internal employees with Khoros seats can now login here.
