Easily Email Customers with Eloqua Engage

 

Sales and Marketing users can leverage pre-built IQVIA branded templates that can be quickly customized to send personalized emails to customers.

 

  • Simply access the Eloqua Engage tab within Salesforce or click Send Engage Email from a Contact or Lead record (Google Chrome required)
  • Recommended for targeted sends of 1-50 customers such as event follow up, new product alerts or new salesperson introductions
  • View customer engagement with real time reporting on email opens and click throughs
  • Additional information about Eloqua Engage can be found in the Training section of the Marketing Automation Toolbox.

 

Eloqua accounts for new joiners will be automatically created about a week after receiving CRM access.  If you have any questions, or are a long-time employee and need access, please contact the Marketing Automation team

 

 

Data Hygiene Program Improving Marketing Database Quality

 

The Marketing Automation team implements a Data Hygiene Program focused on continuous improvement of IQVIA’s marketing database.  This program includes ongoing refinements to data mapping logic and rules, status alignment across databases and other backend updates that improve contact data quality, quantity & marketability.

 

Some notable 2021 database improvements include:

  • Adding 82,875 New Contacts
  • Enriching 68,511 Existing Contacts
  • Deleting 414,497 unproductive/”bad” Contacts
  • Increasing membership by 303,722  in Persona/Bullseye Segments

The MA Team will be presenting the next Stakeholder Onboarding/Refresh training on March 15 @9:00am-10:00am EST.  This session is recommended for marketers new to IQVIA or other marketers who would like a refresher on executing campaigns and customer outreaches.
