Ensure your Webinar/Event Data Auto-Syncs to Salesforce

 

As many of you know, we have system integrations between ON24(Webinars) & Cvent (Events) to automatically synchronize data to Eloqua and Salesforce. The Campaign ID is required for your marketing information to sync correctly.

 

Please follow these steps to ensure a correct synchronization:

  1. Obtain your Campaign ID first by requesting a Webinar/Event Outreach or Campaign Code Only on the Marketing Automation Toolbox
  2. Marketing Automation will email you the Campaign ID within 24 hours.
  3. Provide the Campaign ID when you request your webinar or event. 
  4. Promote your webinar and event with confidence knowing that the registrants, attendees and leads will auto-sync to Eloqua and Salesforce. 

 

Important note - any information entered in the event systems before the Campaign ID is applied will not auto-sync and you will need to provide a manual data upload.

 

 

Marketing Automation Open Office Hours – Relaunched!

 

Get your questions answered by the marketing automation team.  MA Open Office Hours will now be held monthly and cover the following:

 

  • Learn about a tip or best practice
  • Ask a question – Pre-submit your questions here or ask during the office hours
  • Discuss how to best leverage our systems/process for effective marketing

 

Plan to attend the next MA Open Office Hours on July 7th @9:00am EST or email Phil Cuff at Phil.Cuff@iqvia.com if you need to be added to the Outlook invitation.

A Better Salesforce Experience for Marketers – First Step

 

We are pleased to announce the initial release of the Marketing/Inside Sales Playbook for Salesforce(CRM) is Now Live  as part of IQVIA’s Lead to Cash initiative. This is a first step toward a customized and improved Salesforce(CRM) for Marketers and Inside Sales.

 

The enhancements in this initial release will provide users with functional and aesthetic updates across key areas including:

  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Campaigns
  • MQL tasks

For any Salesforce issues or questions please raise a General IQVIA CRM Request and the CRM team will help as quickly as possible.
