Redesigned Marketing Operations Toolbox and New Marketer Dashboard

 

In our continuous efforts to enhance marketer’s experience, two significant improvements are being introduced shortly to make your work process smoother and more efficient.

   

  • Newly redesigned Mktg Ops Toolbox that better reflects our brand, with a sleek, modernized user interface with improved functionality to enhance your experience.

 

  • Introduction of a Marketers Dashboard designed to streamline your workflow by providing an easy-to-navigate platform for viewing and managing all your requests.

 

We provided an overview of the new enhancements on the M3 (Oct. 31st) and will have a more in-depth review and walkthrough plus time for questions during our next Open Office Hours (Nov. 8th)

On-Demand Webinar Strategy and Trend

A significant change is underway in the way content is consumed. There's a growing trend of audiences gravitating towards on-demand webinars. This pattern is noticeable in IQVIA webinars as well as in the ON24 digital engagement benchmarks. IQVIA webinars have seen a 94% surge in on-demand views, and industry benchmarks reveal that 4% of viewers are attending both live and on-demand sessions.

After the live webinar, consider repurposing your webinar content and continue promoting it for on-demand viewing. Doing this can help extend its lifespan, reach a wider audience, and increase attendance rate.

 

 

Website Release: Enhancements for Improved Functionality and Customer Experience

We're always working to improve the capabilities of our website and address any bugs that arise. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we'd like to highlight several key enhancements going live today that will be of interest to marketers.

Functionality Enhancements for Marketers:

·        Product Carousel Module: Revamped for optimized space utilization, adjusted image and content size, and updated carousel navigation.

·        Card Grid Module:  Now featuring the flexibility to conceal images as required, with automatic padding adjustment for a seamless layout.

·        Quote Module: Enhanced with the option to remove the quote symbol at the top left and permit text to extend across the module when no image or source is included.

·        Graphic Module: modified the carousel navigation to have the navigation dots below and the arrows on the left and right of the module.

·        Lottie Animation extension to Solutions Navigation & Graphics module.  Lottie is a lightweight, file format for animating vector graphics. Example here in the hero module.

·        Analyst Report Page: new taxonomies and filters added to enable new enterprise page.

Improved Customer Experience: 

  • Bugs - We have successfully resolved three minor issues that were recently identified.

Data Hygiene Program Enhancing Marketing Database Quality

 

The Marketing Operations team implements a Data Hygiene Program focused on continuous improvement of IQVIA’s marketing database.  This ongoing initiative focuses on refining data mapping logic, aligning statuses across databases, and implementing backend updates to elevate contact data quality, quantity, and marketability. 

 

Notable database improvements in 2023 thru Q3 include:

 

  • Added 276,620 Bullseye/Persona Segment memberships.
  • 273,038 new or enriched marketing contacts.
  • Deleted 171,841 unproductive/”bad” contacts.

We have recently updated the link to our shareable Global Social Media Content Calendar, which provides global visibility throughout our organization. This calendar acts as the blueprint for the content that IQVIA Global intends to distribute and highlight on our five primary social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).
