Reminder: Website Requests Now on the Mktg Ops Toolbox

 

During our June Open Office Hours, we introduced the Website Requests Form on the Marketing Operations Toolbox, aimed at streamlining the website request process. This new form replaces multiple forms that were previously available on VIA but have since been removed

 

From now on, website requests should be submitted using the SmartSheet form, which can be accessed through the Marketing Operations Toolbox.

 

Please be aware that due to backend workflows with other teams, content publishing requests should still be made through the proper VIA ticket.

Transitioning to GA4: Unlocking Enhanced Data Insights

Get ready for the upcoming transition to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on July 1st, 2023. This update will have a significant impact on your marketing efforts. GA4 introduces an enhanced data model that focuses on analyzing user behavior across platforms and devices, providing deeper insights into customer journeys.

New Intake Forms & Updated Toolbox

 

In the June Marketing Operations Open Office Hours, Phil Cuff presented the New intake forms and updated Marketing Operations Toolbox.

Organic Social Forms Transitioning to SmartSheet in July

In July we will be transitioning the Organic Social request form from VIA to SmartSheet, as previously communicated. This means that all Organic Social requests will then be submitted through the Marketing Operations Toolbox. While the form's appearance may differ, the questions and required information will remain familiar to those of you working on social campaigns.

This change is a part of our ongoing commitment to enhance productivity for both Marketers and the Marketing Operations Activation Team. By consolidating all request forms and backend processes within a single platform (Smartsheet), we aim to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

The current VIA form is currently accessible through the Marketing Operations Toolbox; however, once we go live it will redirect users to the new SmartSheet form.

Stay tuned for further updates and guidance on this important change.

 

 

Social Media Open Office Hours: Attend the Next Session

 

Each month, the social media team hosts open office hours to discuss new trends, provide tools/process updates, and answer questions from marketers. Join us on Tuesday, July 18 for one of the two sessions offered.

To accommodate our marketing community around the globe, the team offers two different session times. Feel free to join the one that works best for your schedule:

  • Option 1: Tuesday, July 18 at 9:00am EST
  • Option 2: Tuesday, July 18 at 8:30pm EST
