Data Hygiene Program Improves Marketing Database Quality
|
|
The
Marketing Automation team implements a Data Hygiene Program focused
on continuous improvement of IQVIA’s marketing database. This program
includes regular refinements to data mapping logic and rules, status
alignment across databases and other backend updates that improve contact
data quality.
Some
key 2021 database updates completed through July include:
- Adding 53,000 New Contacts
- Enriching 41,000 Existing Contacts
- Deleting 374,537 unproductive/”bad” Contacts
- Increasing membership by 198,316 in
Person/Bullseye Segments
