Data Hygiene Program Improves Marketing Database Quality

 

The Marketing Automation team implements a Data Hygiene Program focused on continuous improvement of IQVIA’s marketing database.  This program includes regular refinements to data mapping logic and rules, status alignment across databases and other backend updates that improve contact data quality.

 

Some key 2021 database updates completed through July include:

 

  • Adding 53,000 New Contacts
  • Enriching 41,000 Existing Contacts
  • Deleting 374,537 unproductive/”bad” Contacts
  • Increasing membership by 198,316  in Person/Bullseye Segments

Upcoming Lean Automation Essentials training sessions are available for you!

 

Register for the Lean Automation Essentials program sessions of September 13, October 11, November 8 or December 6. Learn in more detail about this most recent process improvement methodology at IQVIA. It is available to all employees and you have 2 weeks to go through 3 hours of content, on your own pace.
