As we begin 2022, I want to thank our stakeholders for a productive past year working in partnership with our team.  Whether offering day-to-day support for your go-to-market efforts, providing system updates, cleaning contact data, or building dashboards to monitor  campaign outcomes – we all continue to be committed and diligent in delivering to our business partners and customers.

 

In our year end survey, we asked you to consider your OVERALL experience with our team and processes. Over 91% of those completing the survey responded they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied.   I could not be prouder of our team for this validation from you, especially in these extraordinary times.

 

Other team highlights from 2021 include:

  • Supported marketers to generate ~18,500 MQLs tied to $105MM in revenue
  • Executed 6,100 deliverables across email and social to prospects & customers
  • ~130 dashboard or reports delivered (including 37 of those on a monthly basis)
  • Deployed 60 improvements to our systems, including a new experience for Sales and Marketing users in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Launched quarterly onboarding sessions and relaunched Open Office hours to include more best practices and learning
  • Designed and launched a new segmentation tool (read more below)

We remain committed to explore and deliver on Bolder, Smarter, and Leaner ways to support your strategy and meet IQVIA’s goal of 20 by 25.  As we look ahead, your constructive feedback from our survey will inform our 2022 objectives. We are excited about the new year and look forward to our continued partnership.

IQVIA Segmentation Tool – New!

 

In the November open office hours we introduced the new IQVIA Segmentation Tool.  You can access it directly or in multiple locations in the Marketing Automation Toolbox such as the ‘Self Service Tools’ section and within Request Forms.

 

The Segmentation Tool allows marketers to more easily:

 

  1. Explore and understand the various IQVIA persona segments

 

  1. View the detailed criteria that makes up specific personas

 

  1. Decide which persona best suits your Campaign requirements

IQVIA’s Global Post to Social Support Form has been Updated!

We’re excited to share an update to our Post to Social Media VIA Form. The updates will help you create more effective social media campaigns by asking you the right questions. As we continue to make updates to our social media processes, we ask you to keep the following best practices in mind when requesting a social media post.

  • Remember to plan for social media as part of your outreach campaign as far in advance as possible.
  • When possible, please work with Ashley Keravuori and Sandeep Kamboj during your planning and content creation process to leverage social media best practices and recommendations.
  • All social media requests must be submitted through VIA (including all details) with at least 7 business days advance notice in to be posted to IQVIA’s Global Social Media Channels.
  • Visit our Standard Operating Procedure for guidance on creating effective social campaigns.
