Marketing Operations Toolbox Enhancements reminder

 

A reminder of the key user-friendly enhancements recently made to the Marketing Operations Toolbox.

 

  • The new easy to use Contact Us form can be used for all enquiries to the team. Using this form rather than email allows us to triage, track and action requests more efficiently.

  • An updated and more comprehensive FAQs section provides answers to commonly asked questions. We recommend reviewing this section first and then contacting us if you can’t find your answer.

 

We also invite you to share suggestions to include in the FAQs so feel free to submit through the  Contact Us form

 

 

IQVIA.com Redesign: November Content Publishing Freeze

 

 

Thank you all for supporting the upcoming redesign of IQVIA.com and the previously announced content publishing freeze scheduled to start on November 1 and continue for approximately four weeks.

Ensure Timely and Quality Uploads to Eloqua/Salesforce

 

 

When requesting marketing uploads (general data or external activities) please remember these tips to limit delays or issues in completing the upload:

 

  • All required fields must be provided, or the contact will not be uploaded                                                                      
  • IQVIA employees and known competitors should be removed        
  • To support personalization all data should be formatted with correct capitalization (John Smith; Senior Director)              
  • If a person has multiple activities from an event only include the highest response plus the MQLs (Requested Follow-up and Request for Proposal) in separate rows
  • Format is critical:1 email address per cell, no hard returns in cells, no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the data, etc.

How to Plan Your Content for Global Social Channels

Looking to have your content featured on IQVIA?

Please review the guidelines prior to submitting the social request form to ensure your content meets all requirements. Any content submitted in the request form will be evaluated based on these 4 questions:

  • Is your content global in nature? 
  • Does this content support one of our three social media goals: promote the brand, enhance our reputation, or support the business? 
  • Does this content meet all brand guidelines? 
  • Is your content formatted for social media (i.e., video length and image sizing)?

Marketing Reporting for September Available

 

The marketing operations monthly reporting for September 2022 is completed and available on Sharepoint. This monthly update includes all Google Data Studio marketing dashboards in addition to the standard source reports.
