Data Hygiene Program Enhancing Marketing Database Quality
|
|
The
Marketing Operations team implements a Data Hygiene Program focused on
continuous improvement of IQVIA’s marketing database. This ongoing
initiative focuses on refining data mapping logic, aligning statuses across
databases, and implementing backend updates to elevate contact data
quality, quantity, and marketability.
Notable
2023 marketing database improvements include:
•
Added 303,559 Bullseye/Persona Segment memberships
•
151,863 new or enriched marketable contacts added
•
Deleted 229,284 unproductive/”bad” contacts

Eloqua Engage Updates - coming soon
|
|
Beginning
on February 17th, you'll observe some minor changes in Eloqua
Engage, which are part of Oracle's latest quarterly release. Users will
experience a streamlined message editor view in Engage, plus the following:
- Refreshed field merge and signature field token
appearance
- Simplified editable content / locked content view
The
editing toolbar within Engage will also undergo a refresh:
- Revamped font list to align with Eloqua
- Pixel based font sizing based
- Clear formatting control
- A strikethrough control will be added
