See Which Channels Are Driving Your Net New Contacts

A new Channel Field has been added to the Net New Contact report so that you can see which channel your NNCs are coming from.

 

Check It Out Here!   

 

This new field is informed by the lead source original values in combination with the utm values from form submissions.

 

Answer questions like:

 

1.How many NNCs came from Paid Social vs Paid Search?

 

2.Which channel is driving the most NNCs this year?

 

3.Have we increase NNCs from Organic Web this year?

 

 

 

Improved Email Results Notification: Coming Soon

 

You will notice some updates to your email performance notifications in November including:

 

  1. Layout & visual improvements
  2. Removal of email open metrics
  3. Removal of email forwarding metrics

 

We have removed these metrics with the release of Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) policy that provides recipients the choice to share their email activity with senders. When activated, MPP limits tracking of opens, forwards and IP addresses.  The result is that most or all emails to the Apple mail app will show as “opened”.

 

We recommend increasing focus on a broader set of engagement metrics like click-throughs, registrations and MQL conversions.

 

The Marketing Automation Team will be monitoring the situation and provide further updates as warranted.

Organic Social Can Drive MQLs Too!

 

We have seen an increase in MQLs from Organic Social since July. Consider utilizing organic social in your marketing plans to drive additional leads & opportunities.

 

As an example, this social post resulted in an MQL that was converted to an Opportunity and is now in the Developing Proposal phase.

 

Remember that Campaign Name must be included when posting from Khoros to track MQLs/SQLs from your Campaign
