IQVIA.com Enhancements Update

We are committed to continuous improvement of our website capabilities and are regularly developing enhancements and addressing bugs.  We want to highlight several key enhancements of interest to marketers.

Functionality Enhancements for Marketers:

  • Quote Module – Enhanced to allow you to include multiple quotes. When multiple quotes are used the module will function as a carousel.
  • Solution Pages - Marketers can now add a Featured Content module to Solutions pages.  It will be placed above the Explore More module by default.
  • Analyst Report Page – a new page built to support a corporate initiative highlighting IQVIA’s inclusion in industry analyst reports. Content is being finalized and the page is expected to be published shortly.

Improved Customer Experience: 

  • Bugs - Five minor issues identified recently have been fixed
  • HTML Sitemap – in addition to our existing xml sitemap (great for search engines), we have created a new HTML sitemap with a more friendly customer view.

Enhanced Reporting: Parent Campaign Field in MQL and

SQL reports

We have recently updated our standard MQL and SQL reports in CRM to include the "Parent Campaign" field.

With the availability of the Parent Campaign field, you now have a tool to organize your child campaigns within broader initiatives. Take advantage of this feature today to enhance your reporting and enjoy a more comprehensive view of your initiatives.

CRM Enhancement – Reporting Group

 

Going live on September 9th we have an enhancement to CRM (Salesforce) that will replace the ‘Business Unit’ field on the Campaign Object with ‘Reporting Group’.

 

This new field and associated picklist will now match to the same field/picklist within the Marketing Operations Toolbox and marketing reporting.

 

This enhancement will better align our marketing data and reporting as we fully transition to leveraging ‘Reporting Group’ moving forward.

 

Reminder this will go live on September 9th with the next CRM monthly release.
